Women Portfolio Managers

In the United States, women-only fund management teams account for just 2% of all equities, fixed income, and allocation funds. This has decreased from around 6% in 2001. Around 11% of fund managers in the United States are women, a figure that has stayed consistent over the last ten years. In Canada only 5% are run by solo women managers. 

Women portfolio managers have an uphill battle and Emerge is trying to do something about it. The Emerge EMPWR platform is a first-of-its-kind program that offers sustainable investment strategies which highlight the existing talent and track record of women portfolio managers.
